MUST be BILINGUAL - SPANISH AND ENGLISH
Responsibilities:
Communicate via phone and email.
Coordinate and send mail through FedEx and USPS.
Handle communication with insurance companies.
Manage and draft legal documents.
Maintain and organize office schedules.
Keep files updated and organized.
Handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions (from contract to closing).
Small law office, will be working one on one with attorney.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills required.
Solid communication skills.
Previous experience is a plus.
Must be able to speak Spanish and English.
