We’re currently looking for an Admin/ Receptionist to work at a residential leasing front office providing support to the leasing team.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
· Answering leads via phone and email
· Phone Etiquette - Answering 5 Lines
· Meet and Greet such as registering Clients / Brokers
· Scheduling appointments
· Preparing marketing materials for open houses
· Greeting and assisting prospective tenants
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years in customer service
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Minimum of one year office experience
· Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
· Computer proficiency
