Private Equity firm in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support a team of 5 including a Partner, Principal, VP and Associates. They need a skilled EA who can handle competing priorities. This is one of 3 EA's in the office and the administrative team helps to cover one another, so a team player mentality is key. Day to day the EA will maintain Outlook calendars, arrange meetings and provide reminder to executives to be on time, book travel arrangements, act as a point of contact between executives and other employees at the firm, update contact lists, answer phones, take messages, track and submit expense reports, schedule quarterly meetings with contacts at portfolio companies, provide backup to reception as needed, printing and binding meeting materials and various other ad hoc projects as needed. Daily hours are 9am - 6pm.
