Requirements/Abilities:
OSHA-10 License
PositiveÂCAN-DO attitude a MUST
Spanish speaking a plus
3 to 5 yearsÂconstruction experience
Disciplined and self-motivatedÂ
3 to 5 years managingÂsizableÂresidential projects
CollaborativeÂapproach to project management
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, accuracy and skilled in high end custom residential construction
Candidates must be proficient in construction means and methods, building structure, waterproofing, MEP systems, fine finishes, preparations of sections, schedules, approval and documentation of submittals, budgeting, building codes, preparation of construction documents and site work. ÂInsure all workers and subcontractors comply with all codes, rules and regulations; while enforcing OSHA standards and procedures; complying with any and all legal regulations.
Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of steering projects to completion. Well-developed project management skills are critical, as well as keen judgment and creative problem solving. - Run labor on job sites when necessary and interact with occupants in order to make the construction project run smoothly.

Goldfarb Properties also operates as aÂdevelopment, design and build company seeking an experienced, technically oriented Project Manager / Superintendent with impeccable credentials to join our team of construction executives for project development through completion.
Candidates for this position will be required to manage and communicate with Engineers, Subcontractors, Co-workers, and municipality inspectors and representatives. Duties include, but are not limited to, coordination of daily construction site activities, construction plan review, scheduling, shell and finish stage oversight as well as quality control compliance. Coordinate with the Project Manager and office on all ordering and deliveries to the site, and document all incoming products and supplies. Maintain a neat and orderly project site (utilizing laborers). Ensure finishes stay protected, common areas stay clean and unobstructed.
Candidates will be working in a fast-paced, professional business environment and interface directly with the Principal. This is a full-time position in the Bronx Area.ÂÂ
