HOA is seeking a person to manage our community. We are near White plains and seek a person to coordinate with contractors that include but are not limited to: landscaper; maintenance people; electrical contractors etc.
Candidate must be a proactive problem solver who is able to think on their own and implement effective solutions to every day problems.
Property manager must be able to speak to and coordinate with home owners and vendors.
Email communication is key.
The candidate must have property management experience and be have his own vehicle.
Five to Ten hours a week.
