Small Real-estate firm in midtown Manhattan is looking for an experienced candidate to handle real estate bookkeeping, accounting, and management.
This position includes preparation of Profit & Loss reports, rent collection, tenant screening and lease preparation, special real-estate projects, furnishing apartments, listing, office work, bookkeeping of real estate companies, and letter typing and correspondence.
-MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN QUICKBOOKS SOFTWARE, BOOKKEEPING, AND REAL ESTATE/OFFICE MANAGEMENT.
- Software, internet posting, advertising, and using multiple listing sites, ability to multitask.
