Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in common areas and individual units as needed; Recycle and prepare garbage for collection on sanitation collection days; Conduct inspections to identify and address repair issues; Manage and complete work orders in a timely manner, including plumbing, carpentry, painting repairs; Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants, including cleaning, minor repairs and inspections; Address and resolve tenant complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.; Assist building managers with yearly apartment inspections.
