We are seeking knowledgeable and passionate FULL TIME budtenders/sales associates to join our team for a new licensed dispensary in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (must be available 4-5 days per week). In this role, you will serve as a key resource for customers seeking guidance on cannabis products, providing an exceptional customer experience while fostering a welcoming environment. You'll leverage your expertise to educate customers, recommend products, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. We regularly promote from within and encourage ambitious individuals with management aspirations to apply.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide personalized product recommendations based on their needs and preferences
Educate customers on the benefits, effects, and proper usage of various cannabis products
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including strains, edibles, and concentrates
Ensure compliance with local and state regulations, including age verification and product handling
Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and restocking shelves as necessary
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all customers
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
2 years + retail experience, preferably in supermarkets, restaurants or other fast-pace, high-volume retail- must include familiarity using POS systems
Current drivers license
Follow through, adherence to directions precisely
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Non-stop work ethic
Commitment to doing things correctly the first time
Attention to detail
Availability late nights and weekends
Strong knowledge of cannabis products, cannabinoids and corresponding health benefits
Preferred:
