The Urban Wash is a bustling laundromat known for providing top-notch laundry services and excellent customer service. We are looking for a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as both a driver and attendant. Please note, this is not two separate positions but a dual-role opportunity.
Position Schedule:
- Start Schedule: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays until the right candidate is found.
- Note: The position will become full-time, including weekends, once the right candidate is secured.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver laundry to customers safely and efficiently.
- Assist with laundry operations: washing, drying, folding, and sorting clothes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundromat.
- Interact with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues.
- Perform basic maintenance on machines.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Friendly and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
- Previous experience in a laundromat or similar setting is a plus.
- Flexible schedule including weekends.
- Must live close to the laundromat to ensure punctuality.
