• Candidate should be knowledgeable in printers., have been handling most of the hardware issues and inventory earlier in his career.
• Should be knowledgeable on software side of printers., and handled anything related to Software.
• Should have Server knowledge and experience on any Server environment.

• This is a lead role within the team and you will be expected to act in a working-supervisor role.
• Candidate should have 4-6 years of experience with HP Pharos software.
• As a Senior Administrator, you should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.
• Printer support, candidate should have experience supporting enterprise printing infrastructure.
• Candidate should have good experience in desktop support tier 2/3.
• Printer configuration experience
• ServiceNow INC/Task/REQ management experience.
• Problem solving abilities and Troubleshooting skills.
• Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
• Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.
• Drive upgrades for all software products in print environment.
• Excel reporting or basic knowledge
• Attention to detail and can follow instructions.
• Webjet Admin or Remote printer EWS configuration a plus
• Basic Networking understanding, Net + certified a plus
• Junior systems admin experience a plus.
