We are a privately held US based media company that provides entertainment, news, and sporting contents across broadcast and cable television, audio and digital platforms and now are looking to launch a completely brand new streaming service to add to our company's top-rated media portfolio. We are looking for a Test Automation Architect to help build a global team from the ground-up.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities
Architect and help develop the end to end BE test automation framework for video streaming solutions
Architect the Performance testing framework for APIs
Provide technical leadership throughout the QA life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions
Lead technical discussions and build consensus among test engineers
Work with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline workflows
Gather requirements for high-level initiatives and break them down into actionable steps
Provide direction, code review and mentoring for other team members
Required Skills & Experience
Knowledge of at least one of the automation test frameworks based on Cypress, Selenium, Mocha
Coding/Scripting experience with JavaScript Library frameworks such as React JS, Angular JR
Development and Integration of Automation Frameworks for Mobile Testing using tools such as Appium and BrowserStack
Required proficiency automating API testing and using modern API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI
Minimum 5 years' experience developing automated tests for Modern Web Applications
Minimum 5 years' experience decomposing user stories/requirements to create manual and automated tests in an Agile environment.
Extensive knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build and release processes, continuous integration, and continuous deployment concepts (CI & CD), and test suite development and maintenance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic and energetic with an inherent curiosity to break code.
Possesses a deep understanding of shift-left test practices and techniques along with the frameworks, and tools that support it.
