We are a luxury Medical Spa on the Upper East Side looking for a licensed Esthetician to join our team. We are dedicated to maintaining a 5 star experience to our clients and need someone who understands the importance of guest service. Your enthusiasm about skincare is expected, but also your openness and eagerness to perfect your craft is an absolute must. And, of course, you have to be passionate about helping people reach their skin goals.

Qualifications:
Positive attitude, good heart and friendly personality
Must have at least one year experience of skincare
Ability to build your own business.
Promote services/specials utilizing social media and other marketing source
Must be highly motivated and driven to learn
You should possess excellent customer service skills, impeccable manners, common sense, attention to detail, and a positive disposition.
And you must be well groomed and presentable at all times.
Essential Job Duties:
Adheres to policies & Fundamental Standards.
Must be professional with grace and dignity at all times.
Demonstrates positive working relationship and communication skills, conducive to a professional and friendly work environment with colleagues, positive attitude and giver-personality
Takes note of any guest feedback and report to Spa Coordinator & management immediately.
Informs Front Desk of any service changes prior to guest checking out.
Performs all treatments on services menu based upon current licensure and protocols created by owner while maintaining the highest level of service.
Assesses contraindications of guest that may prevent service from taking place.
Meets the needs of the guests at all times throughout their spa visit.
Extensive product knowledge and understanding of ingredients.
Educates and recommends products for home use.
When appropriate, offers other beneficial treatments offered in the spa.
Aware of daily and following day schedule.
Begins and ends all treatments on time.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment at all times.
Refrains from soliciting clients and adheres to Non-Disclosure agreement.
Reports suspicious activity, incidents or accidents to management immediately.
Attends all mandatory scheduled meetings and trainings.
Perform and assist with other duties as assigned.
Inform Spa Coordinator when operational or skincare inventory is low.
Job Type: Part-time eventually becoming full time.
