As a Mechanic Team Lead in our Brooklyn operations facility, youll manage the work of a team of mechanics and be responsible for keeping our mopeds well-maintained and our customers happy. Your primary role is to assign work using our internal system, maintain a high level of service quality, and keep our warehouse, tools, and parts clean and organized. If youre a natural leader, good with people, a problem solver, and enjoy working with your hands, this position is for you. As an early stage startup, this is a unique opportunity to be an instrumental part of a rapidly growing company. We are looking for someone that fits our fast-paced, yet easy-going culture and has a knack for "getting stuff done. There are multiple positions available to cover different shifts - morning: 7am -3:30 pm, evening 3:00pm-11:30pm, and overnight 11:00pm-7:30am.

Requirements:
3+ years of work experience in transportation, operations, garage, heavy industry, logistics or other warehouse settings. 2+ years managing a team. Mechanical experience.
Can quickly identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems
A strong communicator and the ability to influence others in positive or negative situations
Super detail-oriented and conscientious to make sure our users get the best possible experience
Understanding of how to maintain a safety culture
Adaptable, decisive, and able to juggle competing priorities
Ability to work weekends.
Must be over 25 years old and have a valid U.S. driver's license
