Position:ÂTechnical Account Supervisor

Type: FULL TIME with benefits (see below)

Salary: $75-100K (Salaries commensurate with experience.)

What we are looking for¦

A dependable, knowledgeable IT professional with great soft skills, who knows when to delegate and knows when to lead.

What Youll Do¦

Deliver exceptional service to our clients by overseeing any technical issues they may experience. Coordinate with operational management in leading a strong team of technicians to help meet our clients needs. Be helpful, relatable, and pleasant while diagnosing and fixing their problems.

Solve a broad range of day-to-day technical issues on network, server, and workstation infrastructure (this not a management only position youll still get your hands on technical work).

Be helpful and understanding “ provide the support you would want!

Customize the customer experience for every individual “ all communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual

Determine the most cost-effective and efficient repair to minimize customer downtime

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and support best practices

Identify ways to improve our clients' systems and infrastructure

Lead projects for clients, guide teams through changes, and accelerate project(s) completion

Communicate complex technical and business information to be client, becoming point of contacts for clients

Be prepared to solve higher level issues that get escalated to you from your team, managing resource prioritization effectively to maximize value.

Multi-task in a busy technical work environment while proactively manage client workload and technician performance. Ensure appropriate short-term and long-term measures are taken to remedy problems and react to anticipated needs.

Be able to provide lateral support to technicians when needed and at times delegate out appropriate tasks for projects or while at client onsite appointments.

Requirements¦

Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and or Mac desktop operating system

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Proficient with all aspects of Office 365/Google.

Comfortable with email migrations and some familiarity with various Email services.

Comfortable with network hardware to include firewalls, routers, and switches.

Some knowledge with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server.

Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Other helpful skills¦

Working knowledge of VMWare and Hyper-V.

Medical practices experience: HIPAA, HRSA, HITECH.

Comfortable with various backup solutions, experience with Acronis.

CCNP, CCDA, VCP, Citrix.

Previous experience using ConnectWise suite of products highly desirable.
