This is role is ideal for someone who wants to step into leadership,run multiple jobs, eventually participate in profit -sharing. Requirements will be to FIND AND BID ON ACCURATELY ,oversee all aspects of every job, manage subcontractors,coordinate DOB inspections and safety requirements . Maintain projects timeline and quality standards.Communicate with clients,architects and other trades. REQUIREMENTS . 5 years plus experience as a Superintendent. Strong knowledge of NYC construction codes, site safety,DOB license . Ability to run multiple jobs and manage trades efficiently. Experience in RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL,OR MIXED-USED CONSTRUCTION. STRONG LEADERSHIP,COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. MUST BE RELIABLE PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS-MINDED.
