POSITION OVERVIEW
We are a high-end Painting & Restoration company seeking an experienced Painting & Plaster Foreman to lead crews on premium residential and select commercial projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who takes ownership of quality, schedule, and team performance.
This position is not suited for individuals who require close supervision. We are looking for a foreman who can lead independently, communicate clearly, and consistently deliver top-tier results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead painting and plaster crews in the field
Perform and oversee:
High-quality interior and exterior painting
Plaster repair, patching, skim coating, and prep
Fine-finish and restoration work
Establish daily production and quality goals
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Coordinate with Project Managers and clients as needed
Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
Ensure work meets company standards and project timelines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Painting and/or Plaster Foreman
Strong working knowledge of:
Surface preparation methods
Paint systems and coatings
Plaster repair and finishing techniques
Ability to lead crews and enforce expectations
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and conduct
Valid U.S. work authorization / Social Security number required
English required (Spanish a plus)
