RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire an API Solutions Lead in New York City, New York (NY).

Responsibilities include:
Lead API solutioning discussions with clients to ensure product and technical requirements are understood and satisfied with the client's business and technical needs, as well as the firm's API capabilities
API Solutions Lead will engage directly with client staff in Treasury and Digital Payments to understand their existing technology framework and gain a detailed understanding of capabilities and limitations
Present complex ideas and solutions for effectively managing payment acceptance through APIs and suggest account structure (including DDAs, sponsored, and virtual accounts)
API Solutions Lead will serve as the client's primary implementation contact responsible for a successful end-to-end onboarding of Treasury solutions centered on API payment integration
Manage expectations through weekly client calls and project plan maintenance, own internal, and external communications to all stakeholders
Apply payment processing subject matter expertise to lead client solutioning

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required
Industry certifications (Client Treasury Professional and/or Project Management)
10+ years of relevant work experience in a professional setting
5-7+ years of experience with complex treasury implementations
Knowledge of API and other Connectivity Products required [including Host-to-Host]
Core payment knowledge should vary from traditional ACH/wires to Real-Time and FX Payments
Technical consulting experience as a business analyst on systems integrations and familiarity with JSON-formatted messages using API endpoints
Direct experience working with clients and internal partners
Direct experiencing managing multiple projects (hands-on)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to clients and internal partners
Effective issue resolution and escalation skills; must be able to recognize issues and their severity; escalate to appropriate individuals/functions and own those that are appropriate
High confidence in interacting with technology teams (application development, quality assurance, and production support)
Able to work in a team environment and partner closely with colleagues
Passion for learning new working models, technologies, and industry trends
Demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a fluid environment as product and implementation processes are formalized
Prior experience working with FinTech clients and emerging markets
