document requirements and procedures,

formulate features, systems and interfaces to address overall business strategies.
understand the critical applications in the Bank to provide administration, maintenance, and support, additionally performing triage and troubleshooting as needed if problems arise.
A strong foundation of basic system administration concepts, including hands-on experience. Experience in Datawarehouse technologies, APIs implementation, Fiserv Core Technologies (Cleartouch), Business Process Management and optimization is a plus.
