8 to 10 + years industry full cycle experience of SDLC methodologies and approaches, including refining business requirements and defining functional specifications
Experience with Business Analysis implementing new technology as well as integration with accounting platforms is a must
Excellent conceptualization, analytical, and logic skills enabling comprehension and development of complex technical and business issues, topics, and plans
Excellent communications skills, with the ability to work with business users as well as other members of the technical staff
Knowledge of and experience with credit and derivative instruments (Bank Loans, Bonds, Derivatives, etc.) are a must
Experience with SQL a must and development experience is preferred
Experience with the IVP and VPM fund accounting platform is preferred
Adept at listening and soliciting feedback middle office users and stakeholders
Must be self-directed and motivated while being a solid team player with a strong work ethic
Technical experience with application infrastructure, including servers, DB, networking
Experience working with data warehouses and business intelligence platforms is a nice to have
Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, faced paced environment
