Description- The EC functional consultant is responsible for working with HRIS and HRIT leadership to facilitate the design, development, testing, and execution of HR and Compensation processes in SAP SuccessFactors. This entails independently leading complex, business critical HRIS activities that may involve multiple teams.The ideal candidate will provide strategic and tactical guidance to the HRIS and technical teams and promote collaboration and coordination. They will also drive activities within the program, leading to predictable, quality delivery of value. Duties and Responsibilities: Answering CPI developers questions to complete integrationsReviewing functional specs, updating, auditing for qualityIntegration testing in support of SuccessFactors go live in April and July 2022Creating transactional data in support of testingSupport / running training for internal team on EC (Employee Central) functional questionsReadiness assessment for ops supportTransition from project team Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Scan external environment for best practices and collaborate with team(s) to implement where applicableLeverage advanced payroll skills to identify process gaps and introduce innovative approaches that increase predictability and qualityStrong understanding of associated domain (related technologies, processes, etc.)Contribute to defining the goals for the HRIS and HRIT Department Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP HR3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central. Additional Qualifications: ERP : SAP HCM 10+ years; Platinum Consultant level experience in USA, Australia, Argentina preferred20+ years of Information Technology experienceProject management and functional experience with SAP FI, Oracle, Peoplesoft preferredERP Implementation of Travel & Expenses, HCM/Payroll, Upgrades, ALE, Project Planning, Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing, Training and Post Implementation supportHCM Sub-Modules: HCM Mini-master, Payroll, Time, Travel Management, Benefits, Organizational managementManage year end activitiesPersonal: or able to work remotely Education: Bachelors Degree
