Develop, lead and deliver medium to large-scale AWS cloud application solution architecture, helping clients understand cloud considerations, develop cloud application strategies and help refactor existing applications for AWS, Azure DevOps, .NET, as well as solutioning new cloud-native serverless applications
Work hands-on with Implementation of Cloud Migrations, and API Management
Develop and implement application modernization, refactoring, and migration approaches to transition applications workloads from On-Premises to Cloud
Interacting with Customer and delivery teams focused on solving mission-critical business and technology problems and provide solutions which center on the consumption of the AWS Platform
Executing technical feasibility assessments, solution estimations and proposal development for moving identified workloads to the cloud Platform
Conduct application assessments in terms of scalability, availability, performance, security, user experience and provide solution guidance
Translate business and feature requirements into technical architecture and specifications.
Work with cross-functional teams spread across onsite/nearshore and offshore delivery model
Required Skills:
14+ years experience in Microsoft.NET Technologies and should at least have 5 years of architecture solutioning and design experience in .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#) and AWS cloud services.
Proficient in AWS Cloud Application Development, modernization, implementation, deployment and support of highly distributed applications leveraging .NET, C# and client technologies like Angular/React JS
AWS API development and integration experience and familiarity with RESTful Microservices methodologies for integrating these into cloud-based development
Knowledge and experience with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Experience in customer-facing roles leading technical architecture and application design discussions with clients to drive cloud deployment
Experience with Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) implementing optimized development processes
Oversight experience on transformation projects and successful transitions to implementation support teams
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences at all levels of the organization
Expertise in modernizing traditional N-Tier applications to AWS and modernizing application code in AWS
Familiarity with cloud-native application architecture patterns including containers, functional computing, batch processing
Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
Demonstrated strong project delivery experience with regards to estimates, planning and deliverables
Demonstrated ability to understand a customer's needs and articulate technologies to business stakeholders. Includes developing current and future state assessments/designs that address business requirements and best practices
Experience working with global teams in Onsite/Offshore delivery model
