Position Description
Tech company seeking a project manager to support the Partnership Marketing team in the orchestration and coordination of partner initiatives. You'll work with internal and external teams, including globally recognizable brands and agency partners. You will work across digital touchpoints such as email and in-app campaigns. You should be skilled at balancing creative and performance aspects of campaign creation, while also being excellent at project and partner management.
The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both autonomously and within a small team, previous partnerships experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. In this role you'll be fully-immersed in the partnerships team as you attend weekly partnership status meetings, work directly with partners, and collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life.
Top Responsibilities
Establish timelines and secure campaign assets with partners
Project manage campaign execution (working with copywriters, designers, localization)
Analyze campaign performance for recap reports
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a sales / marketing role Client-facing experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities across multiple accounts Enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills Must be proactive and comfortable creating structure in an environment of ambiguity Strong organization skills and attention to detail Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Desired
Experience managing email campaigns
Experience as an Account Manager at a media or digital agency
Experience moderating a forum/community for a major brand online
