Taking a qualitative and quantitative approach, the Digital strategy team partners with the business to define overall vision and quantify new use cases before coming up with conceptual solutions that connect current / potential digital solutions.Responsibilities include:Responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to articulate and prioritize problems grounded in data, and propose use cases that impact business areasBuild out and help evolve Digital’s cost of care strategyDay to day management of hypothesis and ideation execution of related initiatives including business case build out and end-to-end product designResponsible for creating meeting presentation materials for VP and Executive level audiencesCurate and evaluate opportunities based on strategic alignment, market environment, and opportunity size Qualifications Requires minimum of 10 years in healthcare strategy, product development, product marketing or consulting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Understanding of health plan business, including cost of care metrics. Experience building out business cases to evaluate use case viability and taking product from ideation through production are preferred. Experience in coaching and mentoring project team members preferred.
