Job Title: Technical Business Analyst / PM (Capital Market)

Location: New York City, NY

Duration: FTE role


Primary responsibilities:
  • Working experience as Business Analysts
  • Good knowledge of Equity Products & Trade process such as Cash or OTC
  • Experience in Transaction reporting ‘CTB team’ or other CTB teams
  • Knowledge of ‘transaction reporting’ from business domain perspective not IT perspective
  • Good to have: Regulatory experience, Good experience working in Agile methodology (Able to write user story) or as Change agent


Regulatory experience:
  • Good experience working in Agile methodology (Able to write user story) or as Change agent
  • Regulatory exp for Trade and transaction for e.g. MiFID, CFTC, Dodd Frank, SFTR etc.…
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, or Business Administration
