Job Description

This client has a SaaS platform provides marketing/advertising data analytics to their clients. They bring together the best minds in technology, data and media activation to provide a seamless data-driven marketing solution. As technology-enablers, they operate their marketing systems through a unique suite of applications that integrates ad tech and mar-tech. Their application frameworks include planning, audience, activation, delivering insights and delivering business outcomes.

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager for their suite of Audience and Identity products. The ideal candidate would have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work laterally across Product and Engineering teams to ensure the coordination and success of our software development efforts. A passion for AdTech and appreciation for digital responsibility is desired.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science or Equivalent
• 10+ years of Technology Program Management
• 7+ years of experience working with Product, Dev/Ops, Engineering, Marketing, IT teams in launching global projects and products across many industries in area of CRM, Data, Ad-Tech, and Mar-Tech

Desired Skills & Experience

• Leadership experience - ability to coach and mentor project managers and or Scrum masters.
• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as JIRA, Project Management Tools, Smartsheet, MS-OFFICE tool set
