Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX Designer - III
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Designers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements that support user needs.

• Incrementally build the user experience at various stages of the design process with requirements, wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, low/high fidelity prototypes.
• Experience working in direct collaboration with product managers, developers, and or stakeholders
• Experience creating prototypes or wire-frames for complex web or mobile applications and or workflows
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing marketing and product experience updates.
• Challenge team members to consider all possible user scenarios.
• Use user-centric design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences.
• Contribute to and grow the Visible design system.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Five or more years of experience in product design (UX / UI), and experience working with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, product, ops, care, etc.).
• Experience researching, planning and executing different types of design activities such as customer journey mapping, defining user flows, creating wireframes, UI interface mockups, and prototypes across multiple platforms (including web and mobile)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations - Experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong negotiations skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of designing for mobile experiences

JOB DUTIES: You will be a key member of the CX team and will help design, develop and launch experiences that help users navigate our wireless service (desktop and mobile). You will be involved in the full range of product design, interaction design, visual design and prototyping and will use your skills to help guide the creation of elegantly designed experiences that have a real impact on our consumers' lives.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience

- Four or more years of work experience.

- An available online portfolio demonstrating samples of design deliverables (personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes) is required to apply for this role
