Long Term Consulting Project that can convert to full time or be extended.
Large Financial Institution in Midtown NYC, is seeking a Desktop Support / IMAC analyst to join the team immediately. This is a major projects that is supporting over 1500 traders as well as General Business Units.

  • Building and imaging laptops (slightly different process).
  • Imaging windows and linux machines.
  • Helping with some move planning and leveraging some of our powershell tooling. Sideroom break fix which requires level 1 troubleshooting of windows technology.
  • RMA devices (troubleshoot to determine issue then work with vendor to resolve)
  • Basic knowledge of networking/routing/switches
  • IMAC experience - trader stations moves supporting 1500 traders
