Job Title: Sr. Java/ Scala Developer Location: NYC, NY (remote till covid) Duration: Long term contract Critical/Required Skills: Java , SCALA About Role : This is 70% Java and 30 % Scala Developer role. Please check if you can find someone. Base location is NYC NY , Candidate has to be onsite when client office will be open ( Currently It is Remote ) . Roles and Responsibilities:- 6+ years of software and development experience in JavaJ2EE in an Agile environment. 3+ years of application development experience using REST API' Must have experience in XSLT, API, SOAP, Security, JavaScript, microservices Experience deploying microservices . Strong object orientated analysis and design concepts. Strong understanding of Object modeling and deciphering custom and vendor supplied schemas. Experience with enterprise java applications and development frameworks Experience with Git and creating and manipulating YAML files Participation in the design, development, testing, deploying server and UI Screens using JavaJ2EE Must have strong knowledge of API lifecycle management platforms Strong Experience with Java Design and develop backend systems .
