Fircosoft Application Support Consultant Duration: 18 Months Location: NYC, NY ( Remote as of now)
Responsibilities: Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Supporting Banks core Applications, in-house developed and 3rd Party developed which are hosted internally Windows 2012 and 2016 (configuring and installation of applications) Support Fircosoft Implementation and associated applications listed. FIRCOSOFT CONTINUTY 5.8 (Multiplexer, Requester, DBClient, Case Manager API, Stripping Detector, Decision Reapplication, Utilities like FUM, FML and FMM and the Front-end) and FIRCOSOFT TRUST 5.8 Additional Skills preferred
Education, Experience and technical Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline with at least five (5) years of related experience, or equivalent training and/or work experience Knowledge of standards/regulations impacting information Technology and Business operations (e.g. DFS, AML, OFAC)
Key skills and knowledge required: Ability to work under pressure and prioritize to successfully deliver service to agreed levels Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Good communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups in IT Operations and Development, as well as external entities and executives Ability to articulate IT subject matters to both IT and non-IT personnel Ability to share technical knowledge to assist in the development of other team members Excellent team players able to both hand over and assume responsibility for tasks that require follow up activity across time zones.
