DISHWASHER help needed - busy, fast, fun restaurant (Bovina, NY)
- Looking for a dishwasher for our restaurant who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable.
- We are open three nights a week (Thursday-Saturday) for dinner service only.
-We need someone who can work all three nights, from late afternoon until 10/11 pm (Additional hours are available if needed, for the right person.)
- We take Covid seriously and ask that our entire team wear masks during service. To keep everyone safe we deep clean weekly, sanitize nightly and ask everyone to be considerate of this job and other employees while socializing out in the world.
Who we are:
We are Brushland Eating House, a 30 seat restaurant, nestled in the northwest pocket of the Catskills, in the little hamlet of Bovina. Our menu is a reflection of the region and the great beef, pork, dairy, vegetables and foraged products that come from this land. We serve comforting food that is simple yet inspired, like time-tested roast chicken and hand-rolled pasta. We make everything here ourselves in the kitchen, from baking our own buns and baguette, to whipping up dressings, simmering sauces and crafting desserts.
What we are looking for:
- An eager, enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a passion for the food industry. Organization and a sense of urgency a must, as we have a full house all night. Punctuality and dependability is very important - we count on every member of our team!
- You'll be working with a commercial grade, fast and powerful dishwasher - very little hand washing needed.
- We are looking for a commitment of at least 6 months, with the option to stay with us through the winter and into next season. We are busy throughout the year, so this is not necessarily a seasonal position.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is also necessary.
