Job Description

AFFCO is one of New Zealand’s leading exporters of premium sustainably-produced beef and lamb products. We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and highly organised Payroll Coordinator to join our plant administration team based at our Rangiuru plant near Te Puke, Bay of Plenty.

Reporting to the Plant HR/H&S Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining employee and payroll records
• Balancing, reconciling and processing weekly payrolls to required deadlines
• Reviewing, auditing and analysing timesheet and payroll data
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes

We are looking for a person that can juggle multiple complex priorities and deadlines with solid end-to-end payroll experience. Strong knowledge of NZ payroll/ACC legislation and experience working with MYOB PayGlobal or similar large payroll system is preferred.
