At our Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, providers typically see 12-15 patients a day. Experience the ease of knowing you can provide the best treatment plan without worrying if the patient can afford the recommended medical care!

NP Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current, unrestricted NY state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or by the ANCC or AANP
Must be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or an Adult Nurse Practitioner
Minimum of 1-year Primary Care experience as a NP
Current DEA license to prescribe medication
Must hold a current and valid BLS certification
