Join us on Monday, April 8th, 2019 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Plattsburgh/Adirondacks area, NY for a focus group discussion on health and health care. Results will be used by the New York State Department of Health to develop educational messages for patients and health care consumers. Focus group participants will receive a $50 gift card for their time.
