Create ways to engage with customers through continuous site updates & improvements. Produce design assets for use in marketing and social media. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Skills:
Proven work experience as a website designer
Demonstrable graphic design skills
Solid experience in creating projects from concept to launch
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
Ability to work independently while taking direction from team leaders
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Coding, Graphic Design or related field
Minimum 3 years of professional design experience
