Assistant Project Manager / Safety Officer
Cole Electric, Inc is seeking a new Assistant Project Manager / Safety Officer to assist with select construction projects in Vermont and New Hampshire.
Cole Electric has been in business for over 40 years and has served a wide variety of commercial, institutional, and industrial clients and industry leaders during that time.
Position Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills
-Self starter
-Knowledge of the of the construction industry
-Software and platform knowledge including, but not limited to Office, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk, and Revit.
-Ability to adapt to ever changing industry trends and standards
-Ability to oversee the safety requirements of a medium size electrical contractor
-Employee Training
-OSHA 300 Reporting
-NFPA-70E Regulations
-Specific Programs (Confined Spaces, Fall Protection, Aerial Lift Use, etc.)
Cole Electric is willing to train the right candidate who possesses some, but not all, of the above skills especially if the applicate has strong Autodesk (CAD) skills.
Generous compensation package with base pay commensurate on experience.
