OurCanton, NY branch is currently looking for Personal Care Aides to work inCanton NY, Potsdam NY, Ogdensburg NY, and other towns throughoutSt. LawrenceCounty. PCA Rate: $14.75/hour
PCATraining Class -Free
Dates: September 20 (remaining dates to TBD) - we are limiting class size to 3 people to maintain social distancing, so get your info in now!Only 2 spots left!
The class is a total of 56 hours and will be scheduled in full days. Attendance is required on all scheduled days.
Location: CareGivers Home Care, 19 Hodskin Street, Canton, NY 13617
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID (NYS DOH mandate)
- Tuition for the class is free, you will not be paid for attending the class
- If you successfully complete the course, you will be a New York state certifiedPersonal Care Aide
Attendance on each day of the training class is required. Those who complete the class with a passing grade, meet all health requirements, and successfully complete the hiring process will receive an offer for employment.
If you are hired, you will need to provide the follow information - the faster you provide this information, the faster we can get you to work:
- Proof of immunizations required
- Recent/current physical required
- Minimum of 2 references required
