FRIGO DESIGN (FrigoDesign.com), is seeking a Sales Manager / Project Manager who will be responsible for
implementing the overall sales and marketing to retailers, contractors and government entities, as well as the
overall management of various fabrication projects, including initial planning, executing, monitoring and close
out. He/she will work closely with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and assigned project staff to
ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
-Identify and reach out to potential customers (retail, designers, homeowners, government entities)
-Manage small customer service department and provide problem solving resources to improve customer satisfaction
-Review project specifications / drawings to define scope of work to determine pricing
-Prepare and submit bids / pricing
-Update and maintain company website and oversee social media platforms.
Project Management:
-Create and manage a project schedule and ensure that all materials and installation are available to meet schedule requirements
-Communicate regularly with customers, vendors and project staff to ensure projects are running smoothly
-Manage contract billing and reports and ensure project closeout.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 year degree in business, sales or related field. 4 year degree preferred.
-Knowledge of contractor pricing and bidding
-Ability to manage and oversee project staff to complete projects
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work extra hours as needed for overnight travel (a few times a year)
