Maintain the day to day compliance of the After the Bell program. This includes homework assistance, recreational activities, leadership development, education and career development, health & life skills, the arts, and sports & fitness. Assist with activities that prepare youth for success. Maintain the area environment that facilitates the achievement of youth development outcomes.

Assist in planning, development and implementation of services and activities such as character & leadership development, education & career development, health & life skills, the arts, and sports, fitness & recreation.

Supervise the ATB students in all areas at all times, while in the care of the program to ensure their health and safety.

Document incident/ accident reports when needed

Assist in maintaining the ATB clean and orderly

Represent Family Services and the program as needed in the community and at events

Participate in team meetings and staff meetings, as well as in-service trainings where appropriate;

Participate in supervision with the Program Lead as an employee of the agency;

Maintain agency documentation as required;

Maintain the quality assurance standards set by the agency in providing service to clients and colleagues;

Perform any other needed tasks to insure the smooth operation of the agency.
