Our Utility Client in Poughkeepsie, NY has a 6-12 month RTH role for a Technical Organizational Change Management Professional. This consultant must be local and come onsite 3 days a week for meetings. Notes from manager:
Must have either ADKAR certification, experience implementing within framework or training with, along with preferred understanding of business benefits associated with Microsoft tools and SAP.
Responsibilities include:
Support OCM efforts
Understand baseline for Microsoft and SAP technologies to work and support the business
