Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Promote and sell products, treatments and packages.
- Recruit and hire new employees. Train staff on job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, and policies and procedures.
- Supervise employees, provide coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and increase sales.
- Respond to all client communication in a timely manner and utilize appropriate documentation.
- Maintain client databases and schedule all appointments while coordinating staff schedules to maximize time and efficiency.
- Manage all office operations and delegate responsibilities.
- Manage appropriate levels of inventory for both back-bar and retail and make necessary purchases.
- Develop and implement promos, marketing strategies and oversee email/social media marketing creation.
- Complete weekly business updates & communicate findings with owners. Analyze findings to make informed decisions.
- Perform accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow and preparing bank deposits.
- Communicate directly with vendors to quickly resolve any product or equipment issues.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years Business Management experience. (Spa/Skin Care experience preferred but not required).
- Strong working knowledge of management best practices.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organization, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
- Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our guests.
