Description of position:

This position will wear multiple hats at ViewSPORT. The applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a critical customer base for the company. The proper candidate will provide clientele with timely and accurate solutions for problem-solving. This necessitates a thorough understanding of the fulfillment process, as well as the ability to ask insightful questions to probe client needs and requirements. The applicant will be required to effectively follow customer schedules and processes, enabling you to build and deepen business relationships as a result. The account manager will also serve as social media marketer for key accounts at ViewSPORT. The candidate will work closely and regularly with c-suite team members, project management, sales, third-party vendors, and the customer.

Specific Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Maintains strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Responsible for working closely and regularly with the c-suite, project management, sales, a multitude of third-

party vendors, and an assigned customer base in order to provide obsessive customer support through the entire

fulfillment process.

Uses established fulfillment and inventory applications to achieve customer objectives. Scope includes receiving

orders, fulfilling orders, and logistical coordination for delivery to the customer.

Defines and drives account retention and growth strategies by understanding and defining customers

requirements and objectives.

Ensures accuracy of inventory, including routine inventory cycle counts and monthly inventory counts.

Assists with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges as needed.

Packages and ships samples at the direction of management.

Leads customer support and interaction throughout the sales process, including providing feedback and

discrepancy resolve.

Social Media Marketing:

Creative planning and execution.

Development of brand awareness and online reputation.

Content management.

SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.

Customer support.

General:

Serves as support for other lines of business as needed.

Understands and coordinates shipping through USPS, UPS, & FedEx.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree is strongly recommended.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional business acumen is essential.

Highly Motivated.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Strong communicator and PC skills are needed. Microsoft Office is a must. Moderate Excel knowledge required.

Team player that can manage tasks and deadlines working with internal departments, in conjunction with

external resources.

Substantial commitment to completing organized, detailed, and quality work by serving internal and external

customers.

Must have personal transportation and be able to perform pick-up and delivery tasks as needed.

Must be a US Citizen.
