Customer Service Representative
Mon-Fri, 8am-4.30pm.
Heavy Industrial Facility, Emphasizing Customer Satisfaction, Quality and Order Fulfillment.
This is an outstanding opportunity, for the right motivated and experienced candidate, to showcase their communication and facilitation skills by joining our team of dedicated customer service professionals. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge, problem solve and think outside the box for solutions, while working on a broad array of customer service based applications. We are looking for an experienced individual who can:
- Respond to customer inquiries, make decisions on appropriate responses and direct calls to the appropriate levels of Management.
- Process, track, amend and facilitate email, fax and phone orders through to end point destinations.
- Maintain an ordered, accurate and complete information system for both domestic and international customers, orders and invoicing.
- Be a positive and effective ambassador, representing the company, and what it stands for, in all and every encounter with potential and existing clientele.
