Customer Service - Entry Level

Job Description:
Product profiling
Maintain house accounts
Identify and assess customer's needs
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Outbound calls to verify and collect information regarding current/past orders
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business related field preferred)
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
