Responsibilities Job Summary: Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships Under direct supervision supports Field Customer Service activities and Inquiries. Major Roles and Responsibilities (Scope of work - range of responsibilities): Supports all aspects of scheduling field work for RG&E - 35%Prepares reports and analyzed data for meter and Field Customer Service - 25%Support storm restoration by performing the Wires Down Branch Director role - 20%May back-up Field Customer Service Supervisor as necessary - 10%Works closely with management to develop, improve and implement collection processes - 10% Skills and Requirements Required Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
