Aston Carter has partnered with a medical device manufacturer, looking for a customer service representativeResponsibilities:Serve as the main customer service contact for the customer in handling questions or problems received via phone, email, mail or fax, keeping the customer updated with timely and frequent updates regarding resolution progress
Initiate contact with customers to prevent problems before they occur
Manage, support, and serve the account related needs of assigned accounts
Manage all order processing via email, fax, and PeopleSoft with accuracy and speed for assigned account
Closely monitor customer orders to ensure they have cleared through to physical distribution and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Interact and communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, product managers, account managers, and other departments to accomplish established objectives
Support training backups and ensure those folks have appropriate training materials and resources to perform their job functions
Assess and update training and reference documents to reflect current processes on an ongoing basis as requested by management
Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding customer concerns
Act as Subject Matter Expert who knows current job well enough to train as needed
Understand, model and enforce all company policies
Assure all transactions are in compliance with terms, policies, and approval levels
Qualifications:1-3 years of consistent work history
