Email micf116@kellyservices.comJob Description:Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge, interpret questions/requests, and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner. May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs. Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.
Mix of inbound and outbound calls
This is a direct Customer Relations position where you will be handling a base of accounts in an Account Management Environment.
You will be managing the customer experience through handling customer ordering, invoicing, credit management, customer communication and overall account management.
This position is in an SAP Environment and processes are managed through it. This position works in a high paced environment with multiple systems.
Having high level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office Products is critical to success in the role.
The individual will be supporting the Microbial Controls Business.

SAP experience preferred
Solid communications skills – ability to integrate customer requirements into SAP and status / assistance back to customers

Solid planning, time management, and organizational skill set
Have a HSD or GED
