The Statistician I functions as a statistical consultant/project manager by applying statistical, computer, and scientific expertise to the design, implementation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of research, clinical, and administrative studies.Qualifications

Master’s degree in Statistics/Biostatistics or equivalent, or a Masters’ degree in Mathematics or Public Health with at least 12 graduate level semester hours in statistics, with a GPA of 3.0 or greater. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics with (1) at least 12 graduate level semester hours in statistics and (2) 10 years of experience as a Statistical Programmer Analyst.Additional qualifications

Graduate GPA of 3.0 or greater. Experience in statistical analysis software such as SAS or R. Experience as a Statistical Programmer Analyst at Mayo Clinic preferred.Exemption status

ExemptCompensation Detail

Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $3,066.40, based on a full-time position.Benefits eligible YesSchedule
