Looking for female LPN for Fridays 11am-5pm. Responsible for oversight and safety of a wonderful special needs high functioning 20 yr old female with daily seizures. MUST be able to support 150 lbs to assist (link arms) in walking in event of drop seizure. Being kept safe in the event of a seizure is our highest priority. She has a great sense of humor, conversational, fun loving but cannot be independent due to seizures.
Need a high energy, creative and fun nurse to accompany on social and community outings on Fridays. When out in the community, it would be 2 team members and client.
Attentive, Flexible, and Reliable is a must. $25 per hour. Email resume for consideration.
MUST be LPN or RN able to bill Medicaid in order to be considered.
