Responsibilities include:
Answer phones, manage messages and email, schedule patients, process payments,
Check people in and out, greet each person, order supplies, manage office flow, maintaining the office quality standards, build rapport with patients
Watching children for parents receiving care
Executive assisting
Patient follow up
Patient education support
Gate keeper
This is a PART TIME JOB SHARE position. 1 day/ week, but will grow into at least 3 days/week by March. Currently Thursdays. Ideally available other days for occasional covering and training.

We are a Christian based chiropractic and applied kinesiology practice for all ages in the Penfield area. We take pride in spending time with our patients and giving them quality care from a fresh perspective. We have a heavy nutritional practice with dietary and supplement guidance. Our practice is low volume and patient centered.
