Parkwood Height's Senior Living Community is looking for a part time Apartment Maintenance Technician. Preferred candidate would have knowledge of all aspects of apartment refurbishing including but not limited to drywall installation/removal, painting, plumbing, ,floor installation, electrical and cleaning. Position also includes aspects of grounds maintenance and upkeep, ordering within a budget, record keeping and other duties as assigned. Hours consist of mostly day time with occasional evening and weekend shifts. Clean driver's license and background check a must.
